PO Box 1125, Queanbeyan NSW 2620
www.queanbeyancricket.com

Queanbeyan District Cricket Club (QDCC) is one of the oldest cricket clubs in southern New South Wales. It was founded way back in 1922 when a group of locals, who were just looking for a break from the land, decided that the gentlemanly game of cricket was just the thing. The club has grown and prospered since then and has a rich history of achievements both on and off the field. We field five men’s teams and two women's teams n the district competition run by Cricket ACT. We also have strong support for junior cricket in the region, mainly through our affiliation with the Queanbeyan and Districts Junior Cricket Club. The club has a strong sense of community and we pride ourselves on being a family friendly club.

Want to get the kids into action but don't have much money to spare? Queanbeyan Little Athletics is the answer. Queanbeyan Little Athletics offers a range of events for your child to learn apart from short and long distance running. Your child could try out their frisbee throwing skills on a discus, throw themselves across a pit of sand in long jump and hurl themselves over a bar in high jump.
Little Athletics is a fun sport where all the family can get involved and make new friends. At Little A's the emphasis is on every child achieving their 'personal best', improving their skills and having fun. This is why our motto is 'Family, Fun and Fitness'.
Queanbeyan Little Athletics is open to children aged between 5 and 17. Athletes compete against other athletes of the same age with age appropriate events undertaken.
It's about doing your best, not being the best.

Rainbow Springs Fly Fishing School, located only 10 minutes from Bungendore, has become one of Australia’s premier fly fishing schools and foremost teaching facilities.
Established in 1996, Rainbow Springs provides unique teaching facilities surrounded by spring fed waters brimming with fish.  Most of the year the water is so clear you can see trophy rainbow and brown trout feeding in the shallows in the late afternoon.
Rainbow Springs is a place where fly fishers have the chance to catch and release what could possibly be the "Fish of a Lifetime" after a day of learning the secrets of professional fly fishing. You will learn the behaviour and habits of trout through indoor and outdoor classroom sessions, which include hands on identification and capture of some of the trout's favourite foods.

ACT Nudist Club
PO Box 242, Woden ACT 2606
(02) 6238 1512
www.actnc.org.au

The ACT Nudist Club is situated on seventeen hectares of beautiful natural Australian bushland located between Bungendore and Canberra. The property is designated a wildlife sanctuary and is home to a large variety of flora and fauna.
The Club was formed in 1976 by a group of naturists who met regularly to pursue their nudist lifestyle at the legal nude beach at Kambah Pool on the Murrumbidgee River.
While meeting at the beach was great during summer, the group missed companionship during Canberra's cooler months. The idea to form a club was put forward and became an instant success. Indoor activities including swim nights, darts, table tennis, music, quiz nights, parties and other social activities quickly followed.
The Club was able to secure its own grounds in 1979 and progressively established the facilities we have today. The Club still boasts a hard working committee and a committed group of club members show are constantly looking at ways to improve the club facilities and to welcome visitors.
