Ring Bungendore Police first and if no-one is available, the phone will automatically connect through to the Queanbeyan Police.
Officers are responsible for large rural areas and as a result are very mobile. Our officers are supported from the Queanbeyan Station by our specialist teams which include General Duties, Detectives, Communications, Forensics, Highway Patrol and Target Action Groups as well as two Rural Investigators (detectives designated to investigate rural crime such as stock theft, etc).
A key factor to effective policing is strong community involvement whereby we rely on co-operation and communication from the community to provide the information required to effect early crime prevention, intervention and arrests.
