| Lake George Hotel is one of Australia's oldest continuously licensed hotels, opening in 1838 as the Harp Hotel. This was just a year after Bungendore itself was established in 1837. In a fascinating history, the Lake George has seen name and building changes with two major refurbishments— a motel was added in 1964 and a major refurbishment was completed in 2001. Facilities include motel accommodation, beer garden and children's playground. | ||
