The Bungendore Village Guide is published every two years and is produced by David Mac Laren and Stan d'Argeavel from Bungendore Wood Works Gallery. It has information on attractions, wineries, fine food and accommodation and is essential for the visitor to Bungendore.

|COOL CLIMATE WINERIES
The Lake George District cool climate wineries are located on the Bungendore escarpment with breathtaking views over the ancient lake basin; birthplace of the Weereewa Festival. Here one can at times, it seems, almost touch the clouds. these vineyards provide grapes of exceptional character, and the winemaking itself sets a standard of excellence for cool climate wines.
There are abundant choices for good eating. Walk around the village and follow your intuition or ask a local for the place to best suits your needs.
